The principle owner, Dale Maristuen, has worked in the property management field since 1990. Dale have earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.  In addition, he has acquired specialized training through the Community Association Institute. Sarah Maristuen is a licensed Real Estate Broker/Agent.  She has worked in the association management field since 2003. Sarah graduated in 2000 from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing.
